PROJECT OVERVIEW
Empathy is critical to effective design. While designing the mobile app most of the team had never been to Winter Wonderland so I organized a trip for 3 team members to attend the event. Our goals were to better understand the event, empathize with the problems our customers faced, and gather feedback on the mobile app.

EVENT OVERVIEW
Hyde Park Winter Wonderland (HPWW) is a 6-week Christmas Market that is the premier way to celebrate the holidays in London. It features a wide range of attractions, activities, entertainment, food, drinks, and more for friends and family.
